To receive them with calm, we have built a pathway that takes age into account — pre-treatment medical review, conscious sedation available, complimentary companion within the family package, step-free hotels with lifts, private climate-controlled transfers, an on-call clinician reachable remotely, and enhanced post-operative monitoring. For every patient over 60, Dr. G. Cansu Öztürk asks for a detailed medical history before drawing up the treatment plan. No major treatment is proposed without first understanding the wider picture.
If a medical situation makes the journey inadvisable, we say so plainly. Transparency comes before trade.
For multi-implants, All-on-4 and full-mouth rehabilitations, intravenous conscious sedation (administered by a consultant anaesthetist) lets you remain relaxed throughout the session, without anxiety or tension. Implant surgery sessions can run 2 to 4 hours. At 65, 70 or 75, an extended period in the dental chair becomes uncomfortable. Conscious sedation eases pre-operative anxiety, the fatigue of the duration, and the recall of any uncomfortable moments. The consultant anaesthetist remains present from start to finish, with full monitoring (oxygen saturation, blood pressure, heart rate). No intubation, no general anaesthetic — IV sedation is gentler, with a quicker recovery.

Peace of mind: a relative is on site, sees the clinic, talks with Dr. Öztürk through the coordinator, and can report back to the rest of the family at home on what they have seen with their own eyes.
Our partner hotels in Nişantaşı have lifts. On request, an accessible room with grab rails in the bathroom and a level-access shower. Breakfast is included; daytime room service is available.
No taxis, no public transport to organise. Our driver accompanies you airport–hotel–clinic–airport. A comfortable saloon car with air-conditioning and water; journeys typically take 30–45 minutes.
If you have a concern overnight or at the weekend, Dr. Öztürk or a colleague on call is reachable on WhatsApp through the coordinator. Where necessary, the clinic is opened outside normal hours.
For senior patients, the coordinator organises more frequent WhatsApp checks during the first week — a call or message at 24 hours, 48 hours and 7 days, then the standard schedule (2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year). At the first unusual sign — fever, pain not responding to standard analgesics, progressive swelling — the coordinator's WhatsApp reply is <30 minutes in business hours, and the urgent-care protocol is triggered if needed.
On request, we send the operative report to your GP in the UK as well as your usual dentist — useful in case of medication interactions or any systemic concern. Direct exchange between Dr. Öztürk and your clinician is possible by email, in standard medical English. We provide NHS-compatible records on request.
Warranty: 10 years implants, 5 years crowns/veneers, 2 years endodontics, 1 year soft tissues. "We bring you back here" clause for any complication that calls for a physical intervention. SLA: WhatsApp reply <30 minutes in business hours; written plan within 4 hours.
