◆ Full-arch rehabilitation · Tier 1

All-on-4 and All-on-6,
planned for decades.

Full-arch rehabilitation for patients who were told nothing could be done. Often, something can — but the plan matters more than the marketing. Four or six implants, a full bridge, and a doctor who will keep following you ten years from now.

Who it's for

The patients we see most often.

All-on-4 is a specific solution for a specific patient. It is not a "premium upgrade" to dentures, and it is not a shortcut to save individual teeth that could still be restored. If any of the following describes you, it is a real conversation.

Advanced periodontal disease

Multiple teeth that cannot be saved, bone loss that rules out conventional implants in every position.

Failing existing work

Old bridges or dentures giving way; recurrent infections; tired of temporary fixes every few years.

Told "nothing can be done"

UK clinics declined because of bone volume — but a proper CBCT sometimes tells a different story.

All-on-4 vs All-on-6

Two protocols. Different cases.

The number is not a marketing tier. It is a biomechanical decision based on your bone, bite force, and opposing dentition.

04

All-on-4

Four implants, two angulated posteriorly. Faster, less invasive, appropriate for moderate bone volume and average bite force. The original Nobel protocol.

Typical fit: upper arch, average anatomy, single-arch case.

06

All-on-6

Six implants, wider distribution of load. Chosen when bone is stronger, bite force is higher, or when the arch will oppose natural teeth rather than another prosthesis.

Typical fit: lower arch, heavy bite, opposing natural teeth.

Which one?

We decide after CBCT and clinical exam — not before. Anyone quoting you All-on-4 or All-on-6 without 3D imaging is guessing. That includes us, if we tried.

Timeline

Two visits. Six to nine months between.

01

Visit 1 · 7 working days

CBCT, extractions if required, implants placed, fixed temporary bridge fitted before you fly home.

02

Healing at home

Three to six months. Remote monitoring by WhatsApp; UK dentist contact if required.

03

Visit 2 · 4 working days

Final bridge fitted — zirconia or hybrid. Occlusion tested in function.

04

Aftercare · years

Annual review — in person, video, or with your UK dentist, coordinated by us.

Couples Package · UK-7

If both of you need treatment, plan together.

Roughly one in five All-on-4 enquiries from the UK involves a couple in their late fifties or sixties where both partners have years of deferred dentistry. Travelling and recovering together — shared hotel, shared transfers, synchronised appointments — lowers cost and simplifies recovery.

FAQ

Questions UK patients ask about full-arch.

Will I leave the clinic with teeth on Day 1?
Yes — a fixed temporary bridge, screwed onto the implants before you fly home. It is not a final prosthesis; you will eat with it, but not crack walnuts. The final bridge is fitted on your second visit.
I was told I don't have enough bone. Is that right?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. A panoramic X-ray — which is what most UK clinics take — underestimates posterior bone. A CBCT often reveals volume the 2D image missed. If the answer is genuinely "no", we will tell you that too.
What's the actual lifespan?
Peer-reviewed data on the Nobel All-on-4 protocol shows implant survival above 94% at ten years. The prosthesis (the bridge itself) typically needs attention — a relined base, a repaired chip — somewhere between year eight and year fifteen. The implants themselves are lifetime fixtures, under the manufacturer's published conditions.
Can I travel alone?
You can. Most UK patients prefer to travel with a partner for the first visit, because the afternoon of surgery is not a solo-hotel afternoon. The second visit is routinely done alone.
What if the temporary bridge breaks at home?
Message the clinic by WhatsApp. Most temporary issues are fixed by a UK dentist we know, at our cost. If re-travel is needed, the written warranty covers the clinical work.

◆ Aftercare · what happens when you fly home

Your treatment does not end at the airport.

Every patient leaves GC Clinic with a written warranty, a complete records pack in PDF for any UK dentist, and a structured WhatsApp follow-up schedule (24h · 72h · 1 week · 1 month · 3 months · 6 months · 12 months). Annual video review with Dr. Öztürk is standard. If a covered complication occurs in the warranty period, our "we fly you back" clause — written in your treatment agreement, not a marketing phrase — covers the return flight, hotel and corrective treatment.
