GC Clinic is a licensed specialist dental polyclinic registered with the Turkish Ministry of Health and the Turkish Dental Association. Operating address: Şakayık Sokak 39/1, Nişantaşı, Şişli, Istanbul 34365, Turkey.
All treatment plans and price quotations issued by GC Clinic are valid for 90 days from the date of issue. A quotation does not constitute a treatment contract; a treatment contract is formed when you attend the clinic for consultation and sign the clinical consent form.
Clinical services are provided by licensed Turkish dental practitioners under the regulatory framework of the Turkish Ministry of Health. The services described on this website are performed in our Istanbul premises only; we do not operate clinics in other jurisdictions.
Payment terms are specified in your treatment plan. Typical structure: a deposit at booking, the balance at treatment. We accept bank transfer, all major debit/credit cards, and (for UK patients) payment in GBP via approved providers.
If you need to postpone or cancel: more than 14 days before treatment, your deposit is fully refundable. 7–14 days before, the deposit is held as credit for up to 12 months. Fewer than 7 days, the deposit covers laboratory costs already committed.
The clinical warranty is specified separately in a written document provided at the end of your treatment. The headline terms are published on our Our Promise page. Warranty conditions — annual review, oral hygiene, no trauma — must be met for the warranty to apply.
Dental treatment is a biological process, not a mechanical guarantee. We will describe the expected outcome, the alternatives, and the known risks in writing before treatment begins. We cannot guarantee specific cosmetic outcomes beyond what has been documented in the agreed plan and mock-up.
In the unlikely event of dispute, we prefer direct resolution. If that is not possible: Turkish law applies, and the courts of Istanbul (Turkey) have exclusive jurisdiction. For UK-resident patients, your statutory consumer rights under UK law are not affected.
