The most important question in any treatment: who actually carries it out? Here, you know your clinician by name before you fly — and it is the same clinician who sees you at the review six months later.
In many clinics, junior dentists carry out the routine procedures while you meet the “clinical director” only at the first consultation. Here, the clinician who discusses your written treatment plan with you is the clinician who treats you — and the one who sees you again at the review.
This is slower and more expensive than the scaled model other clinics run. We accept that trade-off, because continuity of the relationship improves both the result and the correction of problems.
