Second generation · 30–50
Turkish parents settled in the UK from the 1970s onwards. You are fluent in English and Turkish. You travel to Istanbul each summer or for bayram — add five to seven days to that trip for an Old Money Smile, an All-on-4 case, or the complex root canal treatment your London dentist quoted at a premium.

First-generation arrivals. If symptoms and medical history are easier to explain in Turkish, the entire clinical conversation happens in Turkish — nothing is lost in translation. Conscious sedation protocols are available for longer appointments. Your family in the UK receives the full record set; a relative can accompany you to every visit.

The whole family · 2–5 members
You are returning for the summer with children and parents. Several family members have treatment to plan — orthodontics for a teenager, implants for a parent, a routine check for the children. Our coordinator builds a single shared calendar, a family hotel in Nişantaşı, transfers stitched together.
